Post an event
If you'd like to post about an upcoming professional development event or course you are hosting, please email your event listing to: info@hkoutdoorlearning.org
Note:

The event listing should either be in the body of the email or in a Word/Google doc.

Please use "Event Listing" in the email subject

Add your Membership number and organisation name to the email and document

Attach a jpg or png of your logo or instructor photo to be used in the event post
The event listing should clearly state:

Organisation name
-
A short "About Us" of the instructor or organisation
-
A 20-word summary of the event (for front page)
-
Full description of the event
-
Category (e.g.first aid, technical skills, facilitation, other)
-
Exact dates of the event
-
Where it is held
-
Contact details (phone, email and website address)
-
Cost of the event / course plus cost if offering a discount to HKOLA members
Event Postings Details
Organisational members are eligible to post event adverts according to their tier.
Level 1 - 3 posts
Level 2 - 5 posts
Level 3 - unlimited
Level 'Founder' - unlimited
Additional event posts are $300HKD each
Event postings will be visible for 3 months or until the start of the course, whichever is first.
