The Hutong are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated people to help them achieve their vision of inspiring growth and creating a positive impact. We have freelance and short term contract positions available in both Hong Kong and Mainland China, and are ready to welcome you with an award winning company culture.
The majority of our programs are 5 days (Mon-Fri) and are residential.
We’re looking for facilitators (ideal to have teaching experience or outdoor education experience, but not necessary).
Our rates are competitive with the industry and additional benefits includes transport allowance, meals covered, weekly staff socials, and bonuses for completing multiple programs.
