ICHK is looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Outdoor Educator from August 2025 to teach students from Years 7 to 13.

The successful applicant will:

• Model a genuine curiosity about the outdoor world and provide experiences in a way that excites, engages, and resonates with adolescents; our female students in particular.

• Seek to provide frequent, authentic opportunities to conduct hands-on experiential learning outside the classroom.

• Have a specialist qualification in Outdoor Education or Environmental Education

• Have relevant instructional and/or proficiency certificates in a range of outdoor pursuits including canoeing, kayaking, hiking, orienteering, mountain biking, challenge ropes course, and rock climbing/abseiling.

• Demonstrate proficiency in English. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Putonghua is desirable.

• Have a high degree of physical fitness.

• Demonstrate familiarity with current health and safety requirements in the outdoors.
